The two mobility providers Bonvoyo – part of the Deutsche Bahn Group – and Deutsche Dienstrad are now joining forces to offer companies a comprehensive solution for sustainable, flexible, and digitalized mobility. The cooperation focuses on integrating Deutsche Dienstrad's company bike leasing into Bonvoyo's innovative mobility budget.

The partnership will enable both companies to expand their offers: Bonvoyo users will now also have seamless access to the Deutsche Dienstrad portal. The smart processing system makes implementation and administration easy for companies, while offering maximum choice and flexibility for employees.

A holistic approach to mobility

Bonvoyo enables companies to provide their employees with a flexible budget. A wide range of mobility options are covered, such as public transport, sharing services, taxis, and now also company bike leasing. Deutsche Dienstrad stands for a modern, sustainable mobility offering centered around bikes.

Through the cooperation with Bonvoyo, company bike leasing is now part of a comprehensive ecosystem – digitized, legally compliant, and tax-efficient. "Our vision is to offer sustainable mobility for companies in the most straightforward way possible – digitally, flexibly, and individually. The cooperation with Deutsche company bikes is an important step in meaningfully expanding our portfolio and further increasing the added value for our customers," emphasizes Kilian Kärgel, Head of Bonvoyo.

Deutsche Dienstrad also sees the collaboration as a win-win situation: "The integration into Bonvoyo enables companies to offer company bike leasing even more easily and efficiently as part of a holistic mobility concept," explains Carsten Reetz, Chief Business Development Officer of the parent company DD Mobility Holding, and Christina Puello, founder and managing director of Deutsche Dienstrad, adds: "For many, the bike is the ideal component in a multimodal mobility mix. Together, we are making an active contribution to the mobility transition – sustainably, digitally, and with real added value for employers and employees."

Both companies share the goal of making mobility as uncomplicated and digital as possible. The entire process, from budget management and company bike selection to tax treatment, is completely digitalized, saving both employers and employees time and effort.
