Each company receives its own platform access with a customized corporate design, through which employees can be invited to the platform and company bikes can be processed and managed. Employees use their own access to organize their dream bike and can send their employer their favorite offer for approval. The specialist retailer then receives the final company bike proposal from the company and employees can pick up the bike directly.

Questions and answers.
As soon as a company signs the master agreement with us, it is created on the Dienstrad platform and receives its own individual access. The company’s Dienstrad contact receives the login details — and everything is ready to go.
On the platform, the company’s Dienstrad contact can copy and send the registration link to employees. Employees can then register on the Dienstrad platform using this link and, once approved, gain access to all features required to submit quotes and order Diensträder. After registration, the company approves the employees, and they can start requesting their first bike quotes.
The platform is browser-based, which means that no software installation or specific operating system is required. All you need is a standard PC, laptop, tablet, or smartphone with a free browser such as Chrome or Firefox.
To keep your data confidential and protect it from unauthorised access, we apply a range of security measures, including:
- User accounts must comply with current password requirements (8 or more characters and a 4-out-of-4 rule: at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number and one special character) and are protected by an automatic session timeout.
- The company-specific platform domain is secured with an HTTPS-encrypted connection and an additional integrated hash, making it extremely difficult for unauthorised third parties to access.
- If requested, employees can register only with predefined email domains.
- The platform is linked to a user-specific account, allowing individual ordering activities to be tracked.
- Compliance with data protection requirements and technical and organisational measures in accordance with the GDPR.
- Certified secure server hosting in Germany.

Employers, employees and specialist dealers are all connected through it. That is what makes leasing with Deutsche Dienstrad so simple: all the key steps can be managed through a single platform.
As a company, nothing happens without your approval.
There are two things you need to approve:
Employee registration. When employees create a profile, you can approve it with a single click.
Bike quotes. Employees choose a bike, and the dealer uploads the quote to the platform. You can then approve it with one click, and the order is automatically sent to the dealer.
Once the company has approved the Dienstrad quote, the order is automatically sent to the dealer. As soon as the bike is ready for collection, the employee receives a collection code via the platform, which they can use to pick it up from the dealer.
